2 tbsp shredded coconut

½ lemon (zested and juiced)

1-2 tbsp maple syrup or honey

¼ cup simple Greek yogurt

1 cup milk of preference (use coconut milk to enrich coconut flavour)
Process:

To a jar include the chia seeds, shredded coconut, lemon zest, lemon juice, maple syrup and Greek yogurt and stir till merged.

Increase the milk and stir once more. Allow sit on the counter for 5-10 minutes in advance of stirring the moment extra and then place in the fridge for a couple of hours or right away to thicken up.
