Nutrition philosophy
Madelaine Morrish believes in the importance of helping her clients build a positive and healthy relationship with food. She lives by the 80/20 rule:
Most of the time my diet will consist of whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats, but 20% of the time I’m going to have sweet and salty snacks and will truly savour them! Going to a birthday party and not having a piece of cake? No thank you!
She doesn’t believe in cookie-cutter approach to nutrition. She is passionate about tailoring her nutrition recommendations to meet the unique needs of her clients. Madelaine Morrish works hard to help them adopt a healthy lifestyle to reach their goals.
Testimonials
“I would like to say that my experience at A Little Nutrition could not have been better. Madelaine’s approach was so positive and empowering I always felt like I could make progress..and I did!
I have come a really long way in letting go of the diet mentality and am getting to a healthier weight in the process. Anyone who has struggled with their eating and relationship with food would benefit greatly from this program.
Thank you so much. It has literally changed my life”.

“Madelaine is such a lovely person and I knew from the first appointment that this was going to work. She has a way of explaining things so that I can really absorb what she’s saying and she really listens to what you are saying and gives great feedback.
With her help, I’m on the road to healthier eating and better health. One of my strategies to meet my goals is to continue to see her; basically knowing I’m going to see her I’m constantly thinking “embrace the vegetables” as she said I should really try to get more vegetables in my diet and I’ve always been a non-veggie person, not my favourite food, but I keep that little mantra in my head “embrace the vegetables” and it seems to be working (still not quite up to 2 cups a day at both lunch and dinner but at least they are in my diet now).
Plus in-between appointments as questions pop into my head I know we can discuss things when I see her”.
